decision-making and clarity of orientation

workshops, events, and talks (live and online)

analyses and programs (Facetora Method)

These services are intended exclusively for personal development and self-reflection.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded through:

booking an offer via the website

registering for events or workshops

individual agreements via email or contact forms

By completing a booking, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions as legally binding.

4. Participation Requirements

Participation requires:

legal age (18 years or older)

personal responsibility

psychological stability in the sense of personal responsibility

The Provider reserves the right to refuse participation if justified reasons exist.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices will be clearly communicated before the contract is concluded.

Payment is made through the available payment methods (e.g., Stripe).

Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due before the service begins.

6. Online Workshops & Recordings

Online workshops may be recorded.

Recordings are intended exclusively for personal review by participants and are not publicly accessible.

By participating, the participant agrees to the recording.

7. Cancellation & Withdrawal

a) Events & Workshops

Cancellation is only possible if it is explicitly offered.

b) Digital Content

For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided or access to the content has been granted.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for:

personal decisions made by the participant

economic, emotional, or health-related consequences

subjective expectations regarding results

Participation takes place at the participant’s own responsibility.

9. Copyright

All content, documents, concepts, methods, and materials are protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use beyond personal use is prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

All personal information shared by other participants during events or programs must be treated confidentially.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

12. Final Provisions

To the extent legally permissible, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
